To resolve this issue quickly, we ask you to report it to us immediately . We need a maximum of 7 days after the delivery date to start an investigation and replace the items.

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that packages are damaged during delivery.
Take the following steps:
1. Email photo of packaging & photo of product & order number to: retour@newwellcosmetics.nl
2. We will respond to the email by sending a return form as an attachment.
3. Complete the return form and put it in a box together with the product.
The intention is that we get the damaged product back.
4. We will immediately send you the new replacement products.
Product questions
Yes, all our products are 100% cruelty-free. We are strongly against animal testing and ensure that our production processes and ingredients are ethically responsible.
Many of our products are specially formulated for sensitive skin. Read the product descriptions and ingredients carefully and if in doubt, we recommend testing a small amount of the product on an inconspicuous area first.
Yes, we have a selection of vegan products that do not contain any animal ingredients, these are stated as such in the product description.
The shelf life of our products varies depending on the type and composition. You will find the expiration date and the shelf life symbol after opening (e.g. “12M” for twelve months) on the packaging of each product.
